As the chosen general contractor for RLCold and BGO, Greek Design|Build has broken ground on a 216,000 SF cold storage warehouse in Mount Laurel, NJ. Featured in Real Estate NJ, this state-of-the-art facility at 907 Pleasant Valley Ave. will feature four variable temperature compartments, a USDA inspection area, 27 dock positions, and a 5,000 SF storage mezzanine. Greek Real Estate Partners recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a 215,766-square-foot cold storage warehouse in Mt. Laurel for joint venture owners RL Cold and BentallGreenOak. The speculative cold storage facility has the ability to accommodate temperatures ranging from -10℉ to 55℉ with four variable temperature compartments. Other building features will include a dedicated USDA inspection area, 27 dock positions outfitted with a sanitary dock pit, vertical dock levelers, vehicle truck restraints as well as a 5,000 square-foot storage mezzanine. At the groundbreaking, Michael Adkins, VP of Development for BGO, emphasized the “critical need for high-quality, sustainable facilities that support the transport of essential products like farm-fresh produce and sensitive medications within the supply chain.” Read more:
