In honor of International Women’s Day, we’re highlighting some of the incredible women on our team. Today, meet Katie Feenan, Sales Account Executive. Who has inspired you? 📚 Throughout my life, I have been inspired by my mom who was a special education teacher. As a child I saw her go above and beyond to provide support for all her students. If you could have dinner with any woman, past or present, who would it be? 🔬 Rachel Carson – I admire her ability to bring scientific knowledge to the people in a digestible and accessible way. Her work helped launched the modern environmental movement leading to the creation of the US EPA. What’s a quote or mantra that motivates you? 💪 "Do it scared!" #InternationalWomensDay #WomenInBusiness #WomenSupportingWomen #TeamSpotlight

For International Women's Day, we’re excited to spotlight Carly Povilaitis, our VP of Client Services and Operations, and celebrate the incredible women who’ve inspired her throughout her life and career. Carly’s greatest influence? 🧡 One of the women who has had a profound impact on my life is my grandmother. She immigrated to the U.S. from Italy and taught herself to read and write in English. What I admired most was her unapologetic authenticity and her relentless determination. Her dedication, loyalty, and love were unwavering. She was a woman who only needed the basic necessities and never wasted anything—she always found a way to keep or reuse (some choices may have been questionable though!) The qualities and lessons she imparted are ones I carry with me every day. If Carly could share a meal with any woman, past or present, it would be Penny Chenery, the woman who owned and bred the 1973 Triple Crown winner, Secretariat: 🏇 She helped break gender barriers in the boys’ club of the racing world—she was one of the first of three women invited to be members of The Jockey Club in 1983. A dinner with Penny would be an opportunity to learn about her perseverance, leadership, and how she managed to stay grounded while achieving such greatness. And for motivation? 🌟 Carly lives by the mantra, “She believed she could, so she did.” A reminder that when you believe in your own abilities, you're capable of achieving whatever you set your mind to. #InternationalWomensDay #WomenInLeadership #Empowerment #Inspiration #Mentorship #WomenSupportingWomen
