I'm feeling inspired after sharing the Economic Benefit of Family Friendly Workplaces with the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce Women's Executive Connection! Huge thanks to Megan McBride, PMP and Katelyn Miller for joining me and sharing Volvo Group's story. It's truly amazing what the Volvo Group North American Caregivers Employee Resource Group has accomplished since their launch. From expanding lactation rooms to becoming a Family Forward NC certified organization, they're making a real difference for mothers, fathers, and all caregivers. Let's continue to inspire more businesses to prioritize family-friendly policies. Together, we can create a more supportive and equitable workplace for everyone.
