⚡ Successful factory acceptance tests of the two shunt reactors. ⚡ ✅ After a visual inspection and a series of measurements and tests, HEP ODS engineers confirmed that the equipment met the requirements requested in the technical specification. 🚚 Shunt reactors will be delivered to Croatia in the coming days, and installation and commissioning are expected during August. 👏 In the meantime, HEP ODS has already completed the construction work and prepared the foundations for installing the equipment. #cinea #cefenergy #smartgrids

👏 Elektro Gorenjska, d.d. completed the reconstruction of the protection and control systems of the 20 kV part of the switchyard in substation #Primskovo. In addition to expanding the 20-kV switchyard and replacing secondary equipment, a new 110-kV GIS switchyard is being built. A 110 kV transformer will also be installed on the site, enabling the supply of heavy-duty #charging stations in Kranj. #cinea #cefenergy #smartgrids #evcharging

In Carinthia #KNG is working on the laying of the next kilometers of MV Cables. Excavation works at Kappel an der Drau have started. The plan is to exchange the overhead lines in this area. #cinea #cefenergy #pci #smartgrids

To better understand the needs of charging point operators and providers, ELES organised an expert consultation. Fifteen representatives of charging point operators and charging service providers participated. They presented their views, expectations, and wishes regarding spatial and technical solutions for the #chargingpark design. Project partners met in Slovenia at Elektro Gorenjska, d.d. in Kranj. At the meeting, they reviewed the technical and financial progress of implementing individual activities. One of the important topics of the discussion was the challenges of rising costs and common efforts to manage this risk. In 2023, #KNG-Kärnten Netz completed 10 km of 20 kV cable as part of the GreenSwitch Project in Carinthia. The first 1.2 km of the renewed connection in the district of Spittal an der Drau (pictured) will replace a fault-sensitive overhead line to increase supply security and grid capacity. The subsequent kilometres of these overhead lines will now be replaced this year, along with 25 further kilometres in various parts of Carinthia. #cinea #cefenergy #smartgrids
