GridLock is searching to add more experienced Field Technicians/Laborers to our day and night construction crews! Finish Line 🏁. Often to get through the chaos, holiday weekends provide mental breaks for our team. I see these as finish lines and check points for our team. We have worked more weekends than I remember this year, and a lot of long shifts to complete the complex hand we are delt. Our team has worked extremely hard to exceed expectations, especially over the past few weeks. We have had a lot of victories, and a few set backs. All of the task that are required to be finished are going to be completed. I am excited for our team to get a 4 day break in 4 short work days. Every single one of them deserves the break. Next pit stop in the race of 2024, Labor Day! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Our team continues to grow here at GTS and we excited to watch these individual exceed in their roles! Chris Scott has been with GridLock since 2008 and was recently promoted to Crew Leader in May 2024. Chris is a natural leader and has great attention to detail in our field operations. Chad Heugel has been with GridLock since 2021 and was promoted to Crew Leader in January 2024. Chad brings a positive attitude to all situations and works hard to help GTS produce quality work. Ryan Chester started as one of GridLock’s first interns in 2020 and was promoted to Crew Leader in January 2024. Ryan is a quick learner and willing to step in to help the team achieve its goals at any time. Emma Cottrell joined GTS in March 2024 as our HR Manager. Emma comes to us with many years of HR experience in the healthcare and telecommunications industries. We are thankful for her fresh perspective on ways to better our company culture and practices! Josh Baldwin joined our team in April 2024 as a Project Manager. Josh brings 22 years of experience in this industry as a Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent with a focus in structures, bridges, and soils. We are excited to see him continue to bring these skills along with his positive attitude to the table!
