Meet Dawn Shanes, our highly experienced Business and Contracts Manager with over 35 years. Dawn ensures smooth business operations by overseeing financial procedures, internal controls, and customer contracts for both government and commercial requirements. With deep knowledge of DCAA, FAR, GAAP, and more, she skillfully navigates complex contracting standards for the DoD, NASA, and commercial clients alike. She provides sound financial management for Griffon and has developed a talented business and financial staff responding to Griffon’s growth and emergence as a key provider of UAS solutions.

No matter the mission, Griffon’s operations team of skilled UAS pilots, operators, and support technicians is ready to provide support anywhere in the world. This month, our crew supported qualification gunnery training at Fort Cavazos, Texas, highlighted as a Stryker aims its canon at a Griffon "Outlaw".
