Ground control is the maker of the world's most advanced commercial batch coffee brewing systems. Our company was founded in 2013 by Josh Avins and Eli Salomon who saw an opportunity to access the full range of a coffee bean’s flavor and complexity through an innovative extraction process. Today, Ground Control’s brewers produce exceptional tasting coffee and tea using a proprietary multi-cycle extraction technology. The coffee hardware game is not easy – everyone on this small, but dedicated team Eli Salomon Joshua Avins, Ph.D. Arno Holschuh Alessandro Bellino Anna Dair Shane Blais Angela C. Elijah Mesina Jeff Garon Jacob Hadman (and more) has worked for months to overcome barriers and setbacks to ensure we are bringing to market the most advanced batch brewing system out there. Likewise, we are grateful to all our customers, including those who have remained faithful to our brand while awaiting this milestone. We are indebted to you. The SM is known internally as the “Super Machine”, and its just that. It makes exceptional cold brew (in 8 minutes!) and hot coffee, as well as concentrates that can be used to make a variety of the creative and customized drinks consumers are demanding.
