🎉🥂 I'm celebrating 13 years of fractional work this month and am so grateful for the journey! 🎉🍻 On 🗓️ October 25, 2010, I resigned from a stable full-time sales development leadership job at a thriving $363.2 million commerce company to establish Grow Your Sales Pipeline℠. Back then, with guidance, inspiration, and encouragement from wise mentors, I decided to pursue my passion and create a business that could make a real positive impact. My mission was clear: execute high-standard sales development, coaching, and recruiting programs to drive profitable revenue growth for client partners. The dream was fueled by a desire for a lifestyle change, my experiences working at professional services firms, hiring consultants and sales recruiters, and demand from my network. It wasn't an easy decision. Before starting my business, fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt made me hesitant to take the leap. But, I've learned that fear is a messenger—a signal that alerts us to our negative and limiting beliefs. Over the years, I've realized that breaking down mental barriers can lead to incredible outcomes. This 🛤️ journey has opened doors to greater freedom, creativity, strong friendships, amazing clients, financial gain, and personal and professional growth that exceeded my expectations.
