𝟲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 1. People want to know what will happen next. 2. You are modeling clear communication. 3. You’ll get candidates that fit your timeline. 4. You’ll keep candidates engaged. 5. More candidates will apply. 6. You will define your hiring process ahead of time. Don’t be the company that stresses people out before they are even hired. Be the company that relieves stress and makes applicants’ lives better from the start by telling them exactly what will happen next.

When outlining your hiring plan in your job descriptions, answer these questions: • How quickly people will hear from you? • What method will you use to contact them (email, phone call, text, etc)? • How many interviews will they have? • How soon would you want them to start? By including a clear hiring plan in your job description you will not only create a better experience for the applicant but you will also streamline your own processes.

What is Candidate-Centric Recruiting? With applicant- or candidate-centered recruiting, the candidate is the focus, not the employer. This means creating hiring ads that appeal to job seekers by highlighting the benefits, culture, and growth opportunities of the company, rather than just listing job responsibilities. These job ads: • Acknowledge that candidates have personal and professional goals • Address the candidate's interests, needs and values • Describe how working for the company will make the applicant's life better

Did you know that employee testimonials can be a powerful tool for recruiting new talent and filling open positions? Here’s how to get good employee testimonials for your job ads: Step 1: Ask existing employees: • What was your life like before you worked here? • How did working with our company improve your life? • What does your life look like now? Step 2: Piece their answers together into 3–4 sentences that highlight the transformation they experienced by working with your company. Step 3: Ask their permission to use it as an employee testimonial in your job ads, careers page, social media, etc. https://lnkd.in/gFaNth-6
