On September 30, 2024, Guident demonstrated the benefit of its ultra-low latency teleoperation system design by successfully controlling a vehicle on a private test facility in Florida from a remote control operator at Auve Tech in Estonia. Despite the inherent network latency in cross-Atlantic communications, Guident’s RMCC performed exactly as expected. Vehicle control was smooth and without perceptible delays.
