That’s why Guild proudly supports The Aspen Institute’s Education and Career Mobility Fellowship in partnership with UpSkill America. In the inaugural cohort of this Fellowship, we convened innovative HR leaders from across the country. This group shared best practices, collaborated on solutions, and built a strong community and support network to rely on as they address critical issues affecting their businesses and communities. These issues and opportunities include a rapidly evolving workforce, the acceleration of AI, and the widening skills gap in our country.
