Christoph Reschke wird Geschäftsführer bei GARBE Reside Wir freuen uns, zum 1. März 2025 Christoph Reschke als neuen Geschäftsführer der GARBE Reside bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. In dieser Rolle wird er zukünftig die Projektentwicklungsstrategie in den Bereichen Wohnen, Mixed Use und Quartiersentwicklung verantworten. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren anderen Geschäftsführern, Dirk Heidkämper (Finanzen und kaufmännische Leitung), Tobias Hertwig (Technik und Projektmanagement) und Michiel Dubois (Fonds & International), wird Christoph Reschke die Umsetzung der „Beds-Strategie“ vorantreiben, die neben den Geschäftsbereichen „Sheds“ & „Infrastructure“ den 360°-Ansatz von GARBE auszeichnet. Der Fokus liegt auch weiterhin auf nachhaltiges Wachstum und innovative Projektentwicklungen, um zukunftsfähige und lebenswerte Quartiere zu gestalten. GARBE Reside wird seine Aktivitäten im traditionellen Wohnungsbau sowie in der Quartiersentwicklung und in kommerziellen Wohnformen wie Hotels, Student Housing, Corporate & Senior Living weiter verstärken und diesen Bereich zur voll integrierten, europaweit agierenden Plattform ausbauen. Sowohl Projekte in kompletter Eigenregie als auch im Service Development sollen realisiert werden. The division focuses on renewable energy, property-related infrastructure investments and engineering services. In addition to this new responsibility, Kallenbrunnen will continue his role as Managing Director of GARBE Capital & Strategy. This will particularly support the growth of our newer business segments, which have gained more visibility through the recently announced adjustment of GARBE’s organizational structure, aligned with our corporate strategy "Sheds, Beds & Infrastructure."
