Tailored for recent graduates from any field of study and young professionals with 0-2 years of experience, the 8-week classroom program will focus on enhancing their skills, through extensive curriculum modules covering both behavioural and technical programs. Gunvatta Gurukul aspires to create a holistic learning environment that goes beyond traditional academic boundaries focusing on developing academic, practical, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Gunvatta Gurukul stands as a pivotal contributor to the national agenda of skill development. It will bolster the nation’s workforce quality as a step towards fostering a more productive, competent, and resilient workforce to achieve the goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047 Students of Gunvatta Gurukul receive a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000 during the training period. Exceptional performers also have the opportunity to secure employment with QCI and associated bodies upon completion of the training, creating a pathway for sustainable career growth and development. A productive day for our Gunvatta Gurukul batch 5 as they visited Datawali village in Dadri Block, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The Sarpanch Samvaad team facilitated a #villagevisit that offered students an opportunity to see village #governance in action and understand the critical role of the Sarpanch in #communitydevelopment. The students met Sarpanch Balraj Bhati, who shared valuable insights into his work and the ongoing developments in the village, from a stadium under construction. Highlights of the visit: - RO systems installed across mosques and temples. - CCTV surveillance ensuring security throughout the village. - Discussion on extending the government school’s education to 12th standard.
