Our partnership with the Maryland-based company, which began over 20 years ago, inspired the creation of a versatile, multi-level bakery tray that has since revolutionized their fleet by merging 3” and 4” trays into a single, adaptable solution. We designed this innovative tray to effortlessly transition between “low stack” and “high stack” positions, adapting to different product heights with ease. But there’s more. We also engineered an efficient dolly design that maximizes storage space, optimizes cube utilization, and boosts shipping quantities per truckload. For enhanced traceability, each tray and dolly is equipped with two RFID tags during molding to ensure thorough lot traceability and post-production performance validation. Moreover, we also customized a freezer pallet — the RP 4840 Rackable Pallet with a unique top cap — making it a breeze to handle in freezing environments as cold as -50°F.
