HABCO is a proud member of the #TeamHawk Executive Steering Committee and looks forward to serving as an ambassador for #TeamHawk initiatives moving forward -- alongside our colleagues at Sikorsky, the US Army, and the distinguished #BlackHawk supplier base.
Teamwork makes the dream work! This week, Team Hawk connected on our strategy and partnership in support of the future of Black Hawk modernization. This collaborative effort with the Army and industry will enable us to share best practices and leverage our collective capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency. By working even more closely together, we can ensure that the Black Hawk program continues to thrive and meet the evolving needs of Army commanders, pilots and aircrews in America and around the world. I'm looking forward to seeing the impact that Team Hawk will have, and I'm excited to be a part of this important initiative with Sikorsky, PEO Aviation, and our industry teammates. #TeamHawk Alpha Q, Inc., ATI, AUSCO, Inc., CTG - Crestwood Technology Group, Collins Aerospace, GE Aerospace, W. As a former #CombatRescue #BlackHawk driver, being in this photo means a lot to me on the personal level, not just professional. Brian, HABCO Industries, and I stand ready to serve as #TeamHawk ambassadors, above & beyond our responsibilities as executive committee members.

Manufacturing Podcast Producer/Marketing Consultant - I tell manufacturers' stories through powerful written, video, and audio content
Have you ever stuck it out somewhere that made you feel like crap? Life's too short to work for a company that doesn't treat you well, or work with people who are jerks, or to do a job you don't like! I think most of us have ended up really disliking a job/workplace but staying for a while anyway - for many different reasons. I wish I had learned a bit earlier in my career that you don't have to put up with this. But there were a few places I stuck around for too long, hoping things would get better. This week's The Manufacturing Shake-Up episode guest, Mollissa Bennett, was lucky to learn at such a young age that she doesn't have to put up with being treated poorly in the workplace. There are places, like her current employer, HABCO Industries LLC, that appreciate the great people they have, and treat them really well. You just have to have to set your standards and not accept less! Links to the episode in the comments!
