Did you know that the blue-spotted salamander is a protected Species of Concern under the Massachusetts Endangered Species Act? We've included a photo from David Cowell, PWS, CWB, CERP, Senior Wetland Scientist of this rare find! We are proud to have collaborated with Harborlight Homes on The Asbury Commons project. This development, approved by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, will provide 45 affordable homes for families in Hamilton. Charlie Wear, P.E., played a key role in the project, and we successfully secured the necessary approvals from the town of Hamilton.
We are proud to share that Harborlight’s Asbury Commons project in Hamilton was an awardee. Governor Healey, Lt. Governor Driscoll, and the Secretary of Housing and Livable Communities Augustus announced $158 million in funding for affordable housing projects across the state. Asbury Commons will bring 45 much-needed affordable homes for families to Hamilton. Twenty-nine units will be affordable to households earning at or below 60% of the area median income. The remaining sixteen will be affordable to households earning at or below 30% of the area median income. #affordablehousing #affordablehousingforall ___________________ SV Design, Architecture + Interiors, Institution for Savings, Hancock Associates, First Citizens Bank, Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, Hamilton Affordable Housing Trust, Hamilton Community Preservation Committee, Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation (CEDAC) _________________ Read more here: https://lnkd.in/ehaq-3MZ

Scott Jalbert, P.L.S., Gregory Gould, P.L.S., and Brian Geaudreau, P.E., attended the Chancellor's Leadership & True Blue Hockey night at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. They had the chance to meet Miguel Leonarte, a senior in the Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the 2024 Hancock Associates Endowment Scholarship recipient, and hear all about his UMass journey and exciting future plans. It was wonderful to see the positive results of Hancock's contributions firsthand! #HancockAssociates #UMassLowell #ScholarshipRecipient #EngineeringFuture
