HIG SALE OF THE WEEK: Hanley Investment Group - Real Estate Advisors - Sells Two New Dutch Bros Drive-Thrus in California Hanley Investment Group's Bill Asher, Jeff Lefko, and their team successfully secured two all-cash 1031 exchange buyers for new construction Dutch Bros Coffee Drive-Thrus in Moreno Valley and Soledad, California. HIG secured a Southern California-based buyer for the Moreno Valley net-leased investment and agreed upon an LOI prior to the tenant opening for business and paying rent. HIG procured a Central California-based buyer for the Soledad location within the first three weeks of marketing the property and negotiated a timely 21-day due diligence period.
