This week Happi President Lisa Hurwitz spent the day in DC participating in a congressional briefing hosted by the U.S. Hemp Roundtable. Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) introduced a bill, the Cannabinoid Safety and Regulation Act, that will standardize the requirements and safety protocols of hemp products like Happi. We are excited about the progress towards regulation and stand behind this bill that promotes consumer safety. Thanks to Kerry Hinkle and the U.S. Hemp Roundtable for their leadership and to Aaron Nosbisch from Brez and Art Massolo from Cycling Frog for driving the beverage discussion with Happi this week.
