Over the past six months, Harbor Pacific Contractors and SAK Builders have made great progress on the new double oxidation ditch for the Granite Falls WWTF Upgrade project. Once compete, this Project will improve local water quality, support the recovery and protection of threatened cold-water fish species, and accommodate the rapid residential and economic growth of the City's population.
