In May, Harbor Pacific Contractors broke ground on the SR 167 Corridor Improvements Project for Washington State Department of Transportation. Crews installed environmental protection measures along SR 167 and started shaft drilling, guardrail installation, and new electrical and tolling infrastructure work.
