Hamil Douglas, HCC’s President & CEO, together with HCC Board Member Curtis Archer, recently participated in a roundtable discussion with J.P. Morgan Chase Chairman and CEO, Jamie Dimon, celebrating the 5th anniversary of JPMC’s Community Center in Harlem. Hamil highlighted the impactful partnership between JPMC and HCC/HEF, which provides technical assistance and access to capital for Harlem entrepreneurs. Jamie expressed his interest in creating a comprehensive K-12 STEM curriculum to better prepare students for the workforce and narrow the proverbial wealth gap in our communities. Hamil reiterated HCC’s commitment to financial literacy through its after-school programs, focusing on STEM and College Access.
