Congratulations to SLB on all your success and recognition in the field at the Society of Petroleum Engineers International. And hello to Arijit Paul and Devan Raj...looks like it was an excellent conference for you all! https://lnkd.in/gnx6GP6P #health #safety #energy #environment #leaders #nplialumni
Our SLB team wrapped up a successful Society of Petroleum Engineers International (SPE) IHSES conference - hosted in Abu Dhabi by ADNOC Group, co-powered by IOGP, Ipieca, Energy Institute and International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). Outstanding event, with 800+ delegates from across the globe. SLB is proud to be in the top 3 contributors, with 20+ paper & poster presentations. Our reps served as committee members, chairs, moderators, panelists and speakers. Personally, am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the executive committee, contribute as a panelist, and co-author a technical paper on AI/ digital. Icing on the cake: we are honored to receive 2 of the 4 conference awards. Excellent networking, meeting up with many old friends and establishing new connections. Great time spent also with our regional folks.. celebrating a couple of career milestones and a birthday too! https://lnkd.in/gyG6cRZd https://lnkd.in/gn5dQZyF https://lnkd.in/gd8mE8F6 https://lnkd.in/gpFqB2jG https://lnkd.in/gjR7XT8v #sustainability #energy #environment #health #safety #wellbeing Tarek Abdelaaty, Kirsty W., Lujaina Al Hinai, William Christensen, Dr Jonathan O Keeffe, Katie Morton, Dave Lawrence, Chawki Koulache, Adam North, Alejo Ordonez, Adrian Fernandes, Denise Dodds, Deidre LeFevre, Mona Shafiq-Imran, Ana Leticia Menezes, Sigra Sharma, Joelle F., Anna Beletskaya, Ali Osman, Cecilia Tossoni, Farshid Mostowfi, haider tarik, Alexey Ruzhnikov, Jorge Gonzalez, Fabiola MAISONNIER, Dr Ammar Ibrahim, Glen Hay, Devan Raj, Mikki Corcoran Alaa Aly, Johana Dunlop, Ir. In a world where toxic behavior permeates both organizations AND daily interactions, the call for exemplary leadership has never been more urgent. How can we ALL be model leaders in our organizations and communities to help change this behavior?! Together, we can create environments both professional and personal, where respect and collaboration thrive over toxicity. Let's embrace the responsibility to lead with integrity and inspire change. #leaderbehavior #leadwithintegrity #inspirechange #modelleaders
Great leadership is essential to any organizational success, and great companies understand that culture is crucial to their success. They recognize that changes are sometimes necessary to eliminate the toxic behaviors dragging down the company when problems develop. In many instances, leadership itself may need to make changes of its own, primarily if much of the problem can be traced to toxic leadership. You cannot stamp out toxicity in your company if the leadership is toxic; leaders must demonstrate their unwavering commitment and willingness to eliminate all traces of toxic behavior in their leadership because this will set an example for everyone to follow. The only strong antidote to a toxic work environment is inspirational, genuine, motivational, and positive leadership. Leaders empower and uplift those around them. Inspire your team with our Amazon bestseller, "Unlock the Hidden Leader: Become The Leader You Were Destined To Be." This book has already transformed countless leaders; now it's your turn.
