Mason brings 4 years of experience providing detailed home inspections, offering repair recommendations on grading, concrete, structural integrity, plumbing, electrical, and more. Additionally, he has nearly 20 years of experience in logistics, where he played key roles in managing large-scale operations and streamlining processes. We're excited to have you on board!

Ryan brings a wealth of experience in loan origination, guiding borrowers through the process, and ensuring seamless closings by resolving lender discrepancies. He has also built long-term relationships, implemented marketing strategies, and enhanced customer satisfaction in his previous roles. Additionally, Ryan’s real estate expertise grew as he managed over 487 clients, assisted homebuyers, and conducted title searches. Welcome Ryan!

With over 16 years of experience as a residential developer and homebuilder, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. On behalf of Hayden Homes and Simplicity by Hayden Homes, we are honored to be recognized with the Community Contribution Award from North Idaho Building Contractors Association's Parade of Homes. 🏆 We are proud support public-private partnerships in Northern Idaho that are producing much-needed housing for wage-earners across the region. Our most recent local public-private partnership is Simplicity's work with PAHA's Miracle on Britton which will create 28 new single-family Deed-Restricted homes. We believe homeownership is a key component to building a strong community and ensuring that local working families have a place to call their very own is critical.
