Exciting News! We're thrilled to welcome Tim Jones to Simplicity as a Designer in the Southern Idaho Region! Tim brings a wealth of expertise from his previous roles, including as a CAD Draftsman, where he specialized in designing mill equipment and architectural plans. His background also includes valuable experience as a consultant on a significant multi-family architectural project in Boise, ID, and as a Senior Designer and Project Manager where he excelled in crafting custom residential architectural designs and construction documents. Tim's passion for innovative design and commitment to client satisfaction make him a valuable addition to our team. Welcome aboard, Tim! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that Jenn has joined Hayden Homes and Simplicity! In her last position she served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Central Oregon Community College. She recently completed her Master's Degree in Public Policy with a focus on rural housing, studying the impact of capital sources on community land trust programs. Jenn will be working alongside Deborah Flagan, our VP of Community Engagement, to expand our public-private partnerships to create real solutions to help communities solve the housing crisis in the Northwest, as well as collaborate with local leaders on Give As You Go™ opportunities. Our SW Washington had a team build at Live, Laugh, Love in Vancouver, WA! After a delightful brunch, our teams from Estimating, Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Construction took part in a glass fusion class. We are pleased to announce that Greg Hoover has returned to our team at Simplicity Homes as a Senior Designer in the Support Center! Greg comes to us most recently as a Plans Manager/Designer, where he supervised department operations, managed ARCs for the Talline community, and provided code review. Prior to that, Greg was a Drafter/Designer. Before his time in those roles, Greg spent 4 years at Hayden Homes in our plans department. Throwback to Bring Your Kid to Work Day! 🧒🏽 Our team members had a blast as their kids joined them for a day of fun and learning. From building and decorating toolboxes to embarking on a scavenger hunt through different department offices, our young guests got a taste of what it's like to work at Hayden Homes and Simplicity.
