  • Wondering if it's time for a #BreastCancer screening? Follow these guidelines based on your age. As early as age 25, talk to your doctor to understand your personalized risk as you may be a candidate for genetic counseling, earlier screening or both. Across our broader HCA Healthcare network, caregivers perform approximately 1.5 million mammograms each year. If you need to schedule a mammogram, call us at 904-702-6370 or use the QR code to make your appointment. We also make it convenient for you to transfer all your prior medical records. We are also open this Saturday from 9am to Noon. #ImproveMoreLives #BreastCancerAwareness

  • A CARE NETWORK AS STRONG AS THE WOMEN IT SERVES. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer among women in the United States, and the second leading cause of cancer death in women after lung cancer, according to the American Cancer Society. There are better treatment options and a greater chance of survival if breast cancer is detected at an early stage. Visit us this Saturday (or any other weekday) at our Women's Center at Atlantic and Kernan Blvd. from 8am to Noon. We will be able to take care of your previous medical records conveniently, so you don't have to worry about it. Schedule your annual 3D mammogram by using the QR code or by calling us at 904.702.6370 or visit https://bit.ly/3Y4fzuJ for convenient online scheduling. #WeShowUp #CareLikeFamily #BreastCancerAwareness

  • This Hispanic Heritage Month we celebrate Veronica Blasini, our hospital's Public Benefits Advisor. Vernonica loves to interact with people and feels it is her calling. "I help people with their insurance struggles, and especially if you are going through a traumatic situation, paperwork can be burdensome. I try to break it down and walk them through any fears - so that they can focus on themselves and healing. Working with an excellent team who are all as passionate as I am makes the work easier. We collaborate a lot with case management and working for the best fit for a patient after discharge who needs continuing care." We salute you Veronica and all our wonderful Hispanic colleagues! #hispanicheritagemonth
