Headstream Learning Hub | Digital Health Interventions for Student Mental Well-Being 🧠 During our July webinar, the Headstream Learning Hub discussed the building of mental well-being products and shaping school safety policies. We were privileged to have our discussion led by our moderator Megan Gruis, Ed.S., LSC and panelists: Grace Collins, Minh Le, Ashley W., and David Ball. The key takeaways from our webinar were: 💡 The importance of climate and culture in school settings: A positive school climate and culture are foundational to creating an environment where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn. 💡 Expanding student access to digital health resources: ensuring that schools are not cycling the same services to the same select students, but reaching those that are often overlooked. 💡 The Working Group and the Roadmap: This collaborative effort with twelve education system leaders and organizations resulted in a comprehensive set of recommendations, strategically designed to leverage technology to support the mental health of students in schools across the United States. 💡 Barriers, hurdles and gaps in the education system: Understanding what stands between the students and their access to resources.
