Hyperspectral imaging is an amazing tool for fruit inspection. Headwall conducted two studies: one with the Headwall MV.C NIR hyperspectral imager to sort between high and low quality fruit, and the other to estimate Brix (sweetness) values using the Headwall MV.C VNIR. Both studies were done using the perClass Mira Stage and Software.
