Our teams brought the creativity and gave us laughs to last all day! In Circleville, the Finance group’s “Holidays” theme stole the show, dressing up as everything from Presidents’ Day to Christmas. At our Urbancrest facility, “2 Broke Girls” won the most votes, while “Mrs. Flaming Hot” and other spicy costumes snagged top prizes in Grove City and Gateway. Thanks to everyone who participated and made this Halloween so much fun!

It’s a Halloween “Boo Sheet” takeover! We caught these ghosts haunting our offices in Circleville and Gateway — and flying near the pumpkin tower!

This fantastic foursome recently participated in the Jack Berno Memorial Golf Outing at Crown Hill Golf Club in Williamsport. For the fourth consecutive year, HCL® served as an Eagle-level sponsor of the event. Proceeds from the classic, hosted by Adena Health System, will go toward enhancing the quality of patient care. Thanks to our golfers, Jacob Rhymer, Josh Yenser, Tom Bremer and Steve Goodhart, for sporting their Team HCL® gear on the green and looking great doing it!

In celebration of Pharmacy Week last week, we surprised 100 customers with boxes of pirate’s booty! 🏴☠️ A scavenger hunt, temporary tattoos and eye patches were among the loot buried inside. Kits included everything recipients needed to discover hidden treasure throughout their pharmacies. Our Samples team took a break from preparing boxes to enjoy a scavenger hunt of their own. They worked together and successfully tracked down every item on the list! Pharmacy Week may be over, but our appreciation for these professionals and the outstanding work they do is never-ending. One act of kindness can have a powerful ripple effect, as we learned from our friend Curtis, a long-time customer in the government sector. During his call with Account Manager Maranda Chapman, who is newly assigned to his territory, he mentioned receiving an HCL® rubber chicken years ago and said it made his day. That same day, Chapman shipped one of her first sample orders — with a surprise inside. Soon after, she received an email from Curtis with the subject line, “A Small Friend Arrived Today,” and a photo she will never forget. “It truly made MY day, as I was starting to have a hard time not connecting with my customers yet,” Chapman said. “I needed Curtis and his kindness to keep me going through the intro calls. He reminded me that our customers are amazing and one of the many reasons this company is so great!” #MotivationMonday

It’s not goodbye, it’s good for you! At her final Senior Managers’ meeting, Joni Sell, our VP of Finance, was presented with a basket full of seasonal surprises. The highlight, however, was a golden rubber chicken statue designed and crafted by our talented manufacturing team. Sell, who recently celebrated 20 years at HCL®, retired Friday. We are grateful for her two decades of leadership and wish her continued happiness in the years ahead!
