It’s our first indoor market of the season this Saturday, Nov 2, from 9am-12pm at The Center for Healthy New Albany. We hope you’ll join us for an array of local produce, baked goods, coffee, artisan products, food trucks, music, special programming and more. To kick things off this season, we are launching a new way for you to get involved! Stop by the Healthy New Albany table to pick up your BINGO card. Then, come back and show us that you purchased something from one of our vendors and you’ll receive a special stamp and entry into the raffle. This week's raffle prize will be $25 in tokens that you can spend at any of our markets! Bring your BINGO card to every market this season and get your stamp. For every BINGO, you will also be entered into the GRAND PRIZE -- the winner will be announced in mid-March! Learn more about the market by visiting https://lnkd.in/gbFFBhK8

Join us for an engaging and interactive discussion on the complex relationship between weight, health, and wellness. In this session, we’ll explore the various factors that influence our weight and how they impact our overall well-being. We’ll delve into the science behind new weight loss medications, including Ozempic, Wegovy, and others. We'll discuss how they work in the body and why they should be considered as important options for weight loss.
