Day 2 - Impact Live in Hartford, CT. Favorite session yesterday was on creating content for human connection in the age of AI. What makes content “HUMAN”??? Marcus Sheridan, a master of both leveraging AI and writing very visceral, human content shared slides on: “The 7 Signals of Human Content” We are now in an age where it isn’t enough to just show professional credibility. When our prospective buyers read our marketing and engage with sales, the FIRST thing they will ask is, “Is this human???!” So, friends, let’s pay attention to what makes our content HUMAN. It’s the way to build trust. One Signal of Human Content that produced a lot of debate was “Quirks and Imperfections” Why? Because for some in the room it went against the grain of being “professional”. Funny enough, when pressed to define what their professions voice sounded like, one company in the room said “robotic”. 🤦🏻♀️😂 But that’s real. Friends, let’s be human AND professional.
