"I thankfully started early on—I went to a vocational high school with an electrical program. It gave me a great foundation, and I'll always be grateful for my knowledgeable teachers." How is the construction industry supporting women? "I think more companies are adapting to the cultural shift. As more women enter construction roles and provide value, you'll hear more stories like mine. Female-owned contractors sharing their successes have been truly inspiring!"
