  MCE team is currently working on a 60,000-sf, two-floor office fit-out at the Durst Organization-owned 1155 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan, which will be occupied by the insurance and reinsurance firm Everest Group. Our crew is working with general contractor Clune Construction Company and MEP engineer RDA Associates to complete the new office this Spring.

The MCE crew is beginning the installation of the main conduit duct banks in the main switchgear room at the Sunset Pier 94 Studios project. Our team installed new electrical, lighting, controls and low voltage systems for the beauty brand founded by Emily Weiss in 2014, building on the popularity of the beauty blog "Into the Gloss." MCE recently served as electrical contractor for the renovation of Rockefeller Center’s retail concourse leading to the Sixth Avenue/Avenue of the Americas subway station. Our team has replaced and upgraded the entire electrical system to accommodate new design and layout, installing elaborate lighting fixtures, and preparing “white box” retail spaces for future tenants. A truly landmark project, one of several MCE has completed at the Center. Working with contractor Steadfast Development and Construction LLC, MCE installed all new electrical systems, including lighting, distribution boxes and low voltage systems. MCE kicked off 2025 with an exciting new project in the heart of the Times Square Theater District: extensive electrical upgrades at the venerable Eugene O'Neil Theater at 230 West 49th Street. Originally constructed in 1925, the 1,108-seat theater currently shows the popular "The Book of Mormon" musical. The MCE team will be installing a new 2,000AMP electrical service while maintaining regular production activities in the theatre. New York YIMBY: construction wraps up on MCE's latest worship project - the new Redeemer Presbyterian Church, opening shortly at 150 East 91st Street in Manhattan. This ground up, 12-story structure will house worship, community, performing arts and administrative functions, including a 55,000sf theater. The MCE team installed all new electrical, lighting, and low voltage systems, including specialty theatrical lighting and controls.
