You need humility, curiosity, and openness to reflect on and learn from evaluation results. 🎯 Evaluation goals need to be clear and shared across every actor. Even young people should be involved in setting goals and reflecting on data. 👯♂️ Do not be afraid to partner with others. Evaluation is hard and you can find support in other organizations.
