He loves old-school American muscle cars and imports, with his dream cars being a '67 Mustang Fastback and a Gen II Dodge Viper. 🚘🐝 Armard is thoughtful, detail-oriented, easy-going, and a positive light at Tilt.     Last week we had the opportunity to attend Lionsgate’s Annual Summer Wellness Fair and it did not disappoint 😎 The fair features a variety of activities, including wellness workshops, demonstrations, and seminars, as well as opportunities to network and connect with others in the industry. We had a blast connecting with the team and so many of you!     Building a new future for LOAs⎮Founder & CEO at Tilt (Techstars)⎮Forbes Next 1000

    As a leader of a fully remote, distributed team I can tell you it is not without its difficulties. Zoom fatigue is real, slack chatter is ripe with misunderstanding risks, and you miss the ability to ask someone sitting next to you... anything. BUT when you have a team of dedicated, whole hearted humans who are aligned to make the world just a little better than we found it, have each other's back, drive for excellence, and walk with pride for the work they do- remote work is not only doable, it's a force! This past week we invested in our annual IRL retreat. Time together, stories shared, hugs given, and tears shed- it truly filled my cup and reminded me that our intentionally remote team (so that we can be there for bus stops, school plays, and caregiving to name a few reasons) is hard but SO worth it and makes us an unstoppable team! Watch out, Tilt is proving we can not only revolutionize leave of absence, we can do it from anywhere! Challenge accepted 💪 🚀 #GiveLeaveSomeLove #BestTiltRetreatYet!
