    There are so many wonderful things we could say about Amber Wychor, but we'll do our best to keep it short and sweet. Amber is driven, caring, innovative, and comes to work each day thinking about how she can make Tilt a better experience for our customers. She has brought us leaps and bounds from where we started and we couldn't be more grateful for her brilliance and presence! 🤩 Although she's an MN native where it gets very chilly in the winter, she and her fam live for the summers. Amber loves hiking, swimming, visiting breweries, and soaking up the sun in any way she can while it's warm out. A designer to her core, she also loves doing hands-on activities like baking and cake decorating, cooking, painting, and pretty much turning anything she touches into a beautiful work of art. 🎂☀️ Let's show Amber some love!! 💜 #TilterTuesday

    This week, we've been covering how to gain the trust and enthusiasm of your CIO. HR Professionals (CHROs, People Operations Specialists, People Leaders, etc.) are strategic, smart, and have the ability to create incredible business impact. They work in such close proximity to all employees, which results in a priceless stream of insight and feedback.
