We're beyond excited to be providing AI technology that enables global automakers to launch high-end ADAS software for mass production vehicles. Today, Honda announced the technology stack for their upcoming mass-production EV models, the Honda 0 Series, scheduled to be launched in global markets from 2026, featuring Level 3 autonomous driving capabilities enabled by Helm.ai’s unsupervised learning Deep Teaching™ technology. As stated in Honda’s news release (translation from Japanese): “Additionally, Honda’s original AI technology combines Helm.ai’s unsupervised learning technology and the behavior models of experienced drivers to enable learning with a smaller amount of data, achieving highly accurate driver assistance. Even on roads that the system is navigating for the first time, it can accurately predict risks and smoothly avoid them, allowing for quicker expansion of the scope of autonomous driving and driver assistance.” The 0 Series models will be equipped with a system that expands the range of driving conditions where driver assistance and Level 3 automated driving (eyes-off) will be available, starting with traffic congestion on highways, then will continue through OTA updates of the functions. As Honda aims to become the first company in the world to bring eyes-off technology to all driving conditions, Helm.ai will continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible with autonomous driving technology, and we’re proud that our AI software is at the forefront of this exciting advancement! Can AI generate realistic driving scenarios from anywhere in the world? 🌍 VidGen-2 does just that, taking AI-based simulation to the next level by generating driving videos from a single image, an input video, or even without a prompt. With 2X higher resolution than VidGen-1 (696x696), VidGen-2 delivers unparalleled realism for complex driving environments across geographies. VidGen-2 reduces the need for traditional fleet-based data collection, accelerating the development of autonomous driving systems.

Nice to see Helm.ai featured in GlobalData Plc’s latest article highlighting the pivotal role AI plays in autonomous driving development: "One example of ML being employed in the industry is the WorldGen-1 multi-sensor generative AI model introduced by California-based startup Helm.ai. The model simulates an AV stack, creating a virtual environment where components like sensors, perception algorithms, decision-making algorithms, and control systems can be tested and validated." At Helm.ai, we are continuously innovating in generative AI and DNN architectures, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for AV technology. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gafcETjp
