Seems like everyone's having a brat girl summer, including me. I'm happy that my first-ever opinion piece was published by The Chronicle of Philanthropy. It's about the power of memes to communicate about causes and fuel social movements. That may sound lofty for trivial pieces of internet ephemera, but memes truly can make a difference. I've been involved in creating and distributing multiple viral memes that have helped shift the cultural consciousness. This is nutty. 5,000 people! The 2024 Disability:IN Conference has 5,000 attendees focused on making business more inclusive and accessible. 10 years ago there were less than a hundred attendees.
