Excited to say that I'm now on the look out for my first hire at Hemans.!
This is obviously going to be an incredibly important hire, and someone who I will be partnering with closely in continuing to build Hemans., not just here in Dallas, but in time, globally.
You will be employee number 1. This means you will have a significant impact and influence on how we scale, leaving a lasting legacy by setting the foundation for the company's future success.
Building something from the ground up is massively exciting. The last 7 months have been the most rewarding of my career in so many ways, and I have absolutely no doubt that you will feel the same.
Needless to say I'm looking for a star. I want to speak to highly ambitious people who are truly passionate about recruitment and who, like me, have huge ambitions, will never settle, and want to push themselves again and again.
Here's what I can offer:

- A hybrid schedule - 3 days in office (Uptown area) and 2 from home with flexibility wherever needed.
