Hendricks Behavioral Hospital partnered with the Hendricks County Sheriff's Office to provide a 40 hour Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) for our police officers and deputies from Hendricks County. CIT provides the tools to allow each officer to do their job effectively and safely. Our very own HBH staff were actors for the scenarios provided to give the officers the time in a group setting to discuss the different ways to respond to each situation. Thank you to HCSO and HBH for their commitment to keep our county safe.

Hendricks Behavioral Hospital is a proud sponsor of the Back Your Badge Marathon. What a great weekend at the packet pickup and expo, and on the course passing out ice cold towels, water, and what was consistently described as the best Gatorade on the trail! Congratulations to all of the runners! 🏃♀️

🌟 This week has been incredibly fulfilling for Hendricks Behavioral Hospital as we’ve been out and about at community events for Suicide Prevention Month and National Recovery Month. It’s been a whirlwind of meaningful conversations, support, and connection, and we’re grateful for every moment- we even had our families with us supporting this important work. 🌼 We’ve met so many amazing individuals and organizations committed to making a difference, and we’re inspired by the strength and resilience in our community. Together, we’re breaking the silence, sharing hope, and supporting each other on the path to recovery. #SuicideAwarenessMonth #RecoveryMonth #CommunitySupport #TogetherWeCan #EndTheStigma

I got my first job at the age of 14 at French Lick Resort as a busser. Throughout highschool and college I worked many positions at the resort. I always enjoy coming down and sitting on the rockers on the porch with ice cream! I'm representing Hendricks Behavioral Hospital at #POPAI.
