His journey in manufacturing began in 1990 while studying mechanical engineering. Over the years, he has led teams through both challenges and opportunities, always prioritizing long-term growth, operational efficiency, and a culture of collaboration. Under his leadership, Hennecke Inc. needed to establish a new brand in North America after years as being in close collaboration and part of a chemical company. In 2019, he played a key role in the implementation of the Hennecke Business System (HBS) in North America which outlines our renewed business principles. His ability to anticipate industry trends and embrace technological advancements has helped to position Hennecke Inc. as a leader in the polyurethane industry, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving market. The core reason behind Mr. Heidrich’s success is two-fold. First is his unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. Lutz understands that the heart of any successful company lies in its ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
