Health IS mental health. Mental health conditions like depression and anxiety can increase your risk for heart disease, fatigue, and digestive issues. That’s why caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. We’re grateful to partner with organizations like Spring Health that are bringing attention to the importance of mental healthcare. For #WorldMentalHealthDay, Spring Health launched their #9toThrive campaign, which is all about how we can improve mental health at work. After all, we spend a full third of our waking lives at work. AND managers are shown to have more of an impact on our mental health than therapists or doctors. Consider us inspired. Check out the campaign here: https://lnkd.in/gAthaa7c

Brands need 3 or 4 big moments in the year to remind the world what they stand for… The world of brand marketing has changed. What works for brands today is UGC, low-production value, relatable content, natively created for the specific channel… (Calm is a great example, see screenshot). This is great for the reach… But over time, there’s a risk it can erode true meaning in the positioning and the uniqueness in the identity. Which is why brands need their big brand moments. 3 or 4 occasions every year where companies run campaigns to remind, reposition and refresh the existing brand perception. A really good example of this is The Lactation Network… Their most recent brand piece - ‘This is Breastfeeding’ - is a high quality, high production value reminder of everything the organization stands for. It’s great for brands to ride the relatable content for every day reach… Just don’t forget those big moments to re-establish the brand concretely.

200 patents, a Tesla partnership, endless awards…and a vision to pivot!?! Huge shout out to Jake Slatnick and the team at FreePower… We’ve worked together for six months to get FreePower ready to re-enter the market after a transition from a business focused on integrated wireless charging technology for the likes of Tesla and Nomad to becoming ubiquitous in countertops everywhere so you never have to think about charging again. This meant that instead of targeting tech investors and engineers… We needed to appeal to companies building at scale in the luxury home and high-end hospitality market. Looks like it’s resonating so far, as they won Best in Show at the KBIS event in Vegas. One of the best parts of this job is the people you meet and partner with. And honestly, Jake Slatnick is absolutely unstoppable… Incredibly inspiring. Power to you FREEPOWER.

Did you know... ➡️ 64% of employees report struggling with mental health challenges (One Medical, 2022) ➡️ 91% are less productive because of these challenges (One Medical, 2022) ➡️ Yet, 85% of employees don’t use their mental health benefits (Amwell, 2023) That’s why we’re proud to partner with Spring Health, the leading, global behavioral health solution proven to change people’s lives and deliver net-positive financial return for organizations. After undergoing a brand refresh, Spring Health reached out to us to rethink their #contentstrategy on Instagram and LinkedIn, finding new ways to engage with business decision makers, HR leaders, prospective employees and the wider #mentalhealth community as a whole. Within months of our partnership, we saw: Spring Health’s follower count surpass 100k on LinkedIn A 194% increase in impressions on LinkedIn A 488% increase in content saves on Instagram A 109% increase in organic impressions on Instagram ...And we’re just getting started. 😎 Give them a follow here and on Instagram (https://lnkd.in/gHZBs49V) to see more of our work with them! Thrilled to see our work with The Absorption Company. featured in the Dieline! “The short-hand of the design brief was what if the periodic table and the Pantone book had a baby? The color and grid layout is a system we think The Absorption Company can grow into as they continue developing SKUs for years.” - John Scheer, chief creative officer at Herman-Scheer 🌟
The Absorption Company is a new supplement brand that claims to have 500% more bioavailability thanks to a proprietary liposomal delivery system. The supplements are in a powdered beverage mix and are available in four flavors, each designed for specific functions. Restore, designed to hydrate, boost immunity, and promote detoxification rapidly, comes in mango lemonade. Energy is fruit punch flavored and claims to provide sustained, jitter-free energy, focus and cognition support, and antioxidants. Calm’s supplement mix, created to reduce stress, elevate mood, enhance cognition, and regulate cortisol, is a watermelon lemonade. Finally, Sleep, made to promote a drowsy-free, deep night’s rest, is chamomile lemonade flavored. Studio Herman-Scheer was tasked with creating The Aborption Company’s brand from idea to launch, including #strategy, #positioning, name, identity through #packaging, and web and #artdirection. The stark white background and font selection give The Aborption Company’s branding a bit of an American Apparel vibe, but the comparison is tempered by the grid system on one of the boxes’ side panels. Each box in the grid panel represents a supplement ingredient; the sizes correspond to its active level. Every formulation has a color palette inspired by function and flavor. A high-end cafe-roaster-market concept with aspirations to expand, Postscript came to us as just an idea and a location. We did the rest, from establishing strategy, to building a brand, to executing everything necessary to launch their flagship location. Fresh coffee roasted on-site. Wholesome meals made to order. A curation philosophy committed to quality. Postscript opened in the historic Jackson Square neighborhood and quickly became known as “the Erewhon of San Francisco.” Like fine art, Postscript was founded on an emphasis on the details: the little extra, the above and beyond, and the final touch that truly elevates their offerings from good to great. ✨ 👀 Peek the full case study at https://lnkd.in/gt3s-4iQ
