Next month, the Hertog Foundation will host a virtual event with filmmaker Marianna Yarovskaya to discuss WOMEN OF THE GULAG. Shortlisted for Best Documentary in the 91st Academy Awards, the film follows the compelling and tragic stories of six women as last survivors of the Gulag. #HumanitiesAtHertog instructor Flagg Taylor of Skidmore College will be joined by the author behind WOMEN OF THE GULAG, Paul Roderick Gregory, to discuss the resilience and strength of these women.
