An average 8% of the country's population gets infected and develops flu symptoms each year, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). While viruses can live year-round, flu activity tends to rise in October and peak between December and February. Stay healthy during flu season with these tips: 🤒 Stay informed regarding flu activity in your area and take extra precautions when needed. 🤒 Know flu symptoms and act quickly. If you suspect you have the flu, stay home and contact your health care provider. 🤒 Cover your mouth and nose. Cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow and dispose of tissues immediately. 🤒 Keep your environment clean. Regularly disinfect high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, remote controls and counters. 🤒 Practice healthy habits that support immune health. Focus on nutrient-rich foods, stay hydrated, get seven to nine hours of sleep each night and exercise regularly. 🤒 Avoid close contact with people who are sick. 🤒 Stay home if you're sick. Individuals with flu symptoms should stay home until 24 hours after their symptoms improve and their fever ends without the use of medication. #fluseason #wednesdaywellness

A huge thank you to William Rotzler, David Zamora, and Ryan McCarley for representing us at the tournament and supporting such a great cause! #ChildrensVillage
I had the pleasure of participating in the Children’s Village 6th Annual Benefit Golf Tournament yesterday. It was my first time playing golf, and while my performance was as expected for a beginner, I had an incredible amount of fun. Thanks to my mini-golf skills, I even managed to sink a mid-distance putt (depicted in the 2nd photo)! Overall, it was a fantastic time supporting a wonderful cause. Big thanks to David Zamora & William Rotzler for guiding me through my first golf adventure!

True or False: If you have a red sports car, you will pay more in premium than someone who owns the same sports car in a different color. Answer: False. The color of your vehicle has no bearing on the premium you will pay for your auto insurance. The car's make, model, and year are taken into consideration, but not the color. Contact your agent to ensure you have the best coverage at the best price! #autoinsurance
