We are joining the KIND30 Movement this month! Throughout the month of October, Hillside will be practicing kindness on and off campus. The KIND30 Movement is a simple idea- share a small act of kindness for 30 days in October. It’s proven that it takes 30 days to build a habit. And who wouldn’t want to become habitually KIND? Check out the KIND30 toolkit here 👉 https://buff.ly/3zGAsD6

Adolescents who spend more than three hours a day on social media face double the risk of anxiety and depression symptoms, and the average daily use in this age group, as of the summer of 2023, was 4.8 hours. Additionally, nearly half of adolescents say social media makes them feel worse about their bodies." Full opinion article here 👉
