The more our TA tech can handle day-to-day recruitment tasks, the more capacity is afforded to hiring teams to think bigger and more strategically about the experience they can create to attract the right talent. Employer brand will be elevated from an afterthought to a core function of recruitment, and TA will have the opportunity to control it. To be invited to that party, recruiters are going to need to evolve their skills to blend their hiring expertise with skills traditionally found in marketing.
