When you're getting up and running, speed is your friend. 📈 Distribution With mobile apps, there is more friction for locums to sign up and apply for jobs. They cannot see how many active jobs you have, so onboarding may require more manual touchpoints or marketing efforts. Additionally, it is hard to leverage other platforms like Facebook groups to grow your marketplace organically.
