Like many veterans, Carlos faced challenges in his transition to civilian life, including periods of unemployment and uncertainty. His journey into the corporate world began after a Hiring Our Heroes Career Summit, where he made a key connection that led to his current role. Now thriving in his career, he is passionate about helping fellow veterans navigate this transition. 🎯 Carlos values the Lockheed Martin culture and commitment to the military community.
