    Today is all about celebrating Sarah Caminiti! 🎉 Flashback to January 2024—I was just starting out with thought leadership blogs for Hiver, feeling a mix of nerves and excitement. Sarah was the very first CX expert I reached out to, and I found her in the Support Driven Slack community. I was hoping our chat would go well, but I had no idea it would spark such a great connection. That first blog featuring her insights went live, and since then, she has been my go-to for every single customer support campaign, webinar, or quote for reports. No matter how big or small the ask, Sarah has always said yes with so much warmth and enthusiasm.
