Man, what a whirlwind these past few weeks have been at Hobas Pipe USA, Inc. - Conducted site visits for the Sagemont project - Hosted clients at the #HoustonRodeo (a personal record: 5 shows down, 3 to go!) - Enjoyed golf outings, happy hours, and meals at #TexasWater2025 Working alongside dedicated professionals striving to enhance our infrastructure has been truly rewarding. I feel blessed to have such passionate mentors, colleagues and clients who all have the desire to improve our infrastructure. As we approach the end of the quarter, a big thank you to all involved. Please join us in welcoming Rebecca Koch Gonchar to the Hobas marketing team as our new Sales Enablement Coordinator!  With an extensive background in sales and marketing, Rebecca brings a strategic approach to supporting both teams in optimizing lead generation and increasing engagement through initiatives like our Lunch-n-Learn series. Her expertise in coordinating sales meetings, managing lead qualification, and enhancing demand generation efforts will be instrumental in driving Hobas' continued growth. Rebecca’s career spans diverse industries, including her time as a National Accounts Coordinator at MTV Networks in New York City and as a Sales Center Manager at Otis Spunkmeyer in Houston. Her ability to blend marketing effectiveness with sales strategy makes her a valuable asset to the Hobas team.  A Sugar Land, Texas native, Rebecca attended Villanova University, where she earned a double major in German and Marketing Communication. During her time at Villanova, she was a standout athlete on the varsity swim team, earning two Division I All-American honors and later being inducted into the Villanova Athletics Hall of Fame.  We are excited to have Rebecca on board and look forward to her contributions at Hobas. Please join us in welcoming Lia Chowdhury to the Hobas marketing team as our new Marketing Coordinator!  Lia brings a wealth of experience in marketing, project management, and event coordination, having successfully led and executed over 500 creative projects. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for streamlining workflows, she has a track record of improving efficiency in creative projects. Her background in project managing campaigns, content creation, and working on trade shows makes her a perfect fit for our growing team. In her new role, Lia will be instrumental in supporting Hobas' marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on events and trade shows. Her expertise in creative tools, HubSpot, and other project management tools including Salesforce will be invaluable in optimizing our marketing efforts and driving engagement.  We are excited to see how her creativity and strategic approach will help elevate our presence in the industry.
