As summer comes to an end, our Director's, VPs, and Senior's leaders got together in Charlotte for a collaborative onsite to discuss how we will continue to grow and inspire our business into 2025! #collaboration #team 

Editor Allie Rosa was hired in November 2022 to edit content across our home services categories. Her focus quickly expanded to ensuring high-quality, EEAT-optimized content, managing and coaching writers, and overseeing content delivery and publishing. As her role evolved, she was challenged to take on additional responsibilities, including participating in hiring and onboarding writers and editors and collaborating across teams with SEO and linkbuilding. In August 2024, Allie was promoted to Senior Editor, where she continues to coach writers and drive content excellence across the team. In Allie’s words, “I’ve been able to continuously grow in my role at Home Solutions while surrounded by an engaged and collaborative team. Even as a remote employee, I’ve always felt connected to the team thanks to the ongoing collaboration and support from my colleagues and leadership. There’s a culture here where everyone is eager to help, and that’s allowed me to continue developing my skills in new and exciting ways while taking on more responsibilities.”

Bradford Cuthrell was hired in 2020 as a Content Producer to write content across our home services categories. He was challenged with learning more about SEO at Home Solutions, and after expressing interest in shifting his focus to data, he moved into an SEO Analyst role in 2022 where he focused on emerging categories and collaborating with content, digital PR, and development teams on executing our optimization plans. Bradford excelled in this role and was promoted to SEO Manager where he lead a team of analysts and personally managed multiple high-stakes projects. In Bradford's words, "I’ve had a fulfilling journey at Home Solutions working under a leadership team that is fully bought in on my career growth. My managers have always pushed me to take more responsibility for my work while also ensuring I’m working on high-value projects that I enjoy. They’ve given me candid feedback that has helped me focus on the right priorities and has consistently unlocked career opportunities for me within the company." Last month, our Go To Market Team wrapped up their onsite by supporting The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Charlotte. The team came together to assemble over 200 snack packs filled with healthy snacks, drinks, and a personalized note of encouragement. All snack packs were delivered to the Marsh Road location.
