September was a busy and productive month for Hoover! We are proud to announce that the Hoover Health Care Authority has been awarded a Certificate of Need (CON) by the State of Alabama for the Riverwalk Village development. This unanimous decision by the CON Review Board clears the way for the creation of a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center (ASC) and diagnostic center in Riverchase. Mayor Frank Brocato highlighted the significance of this achievement: “This is a perfect scenario of the right idea at the right time. What could have been another large, vacant commercial office building going dark will now be resurrected into a vibrant center for innovation, healthcare, and livability.” Read more: https://lnkd.in/eNYWvzDD #HooverEconomicDevelopment #Hoover #HooverAlabama #Riverwalk #HooversFutureHooversHealth #Healthcare #BirminghamAL #RiverwalkVillage #HealthAndWellness #EconomicGrowth
